Human Centred Leadership

Designed to develop agile, adaptable leaders, Human Centred Leadership equips participants with the tools to decentralise decision-making and empower teams. By improving skills such as trust, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence, good leaders become great leaders, cultivating psychological safety in the workplace and in turn creating resilient, purpose-driven teams.

The EQ Toolbox

Underpinned by the five key aspects of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), participants build their own toolbox through the exploration of the role of EQ in leadership, gaining practical skills to enhance communication and cultivate healthier, more open relationships in the workplace, as well as strengthening diversity and inclusion by encouraging adaptive, empathetic interactions.

Cultural Humility

Emphasising self-reflection, adaptability, and awareness of personal biases, our Cultural Humility course delivers crucial cultural awareness training, highlighting the importance of diversity in the workplace while providing a deeper understanding of, and respect for, diverse perspectives.

Cultural Safety in Healthcare

Through an industry-specific lens, this course focuses on providing healthcare professionals with the skills to provide culturally safe, respectful care to diverse patient populations. By understanding the complexity of culture and its impact on healthcare interactions, we help to support psychological safety in the workplace, as well as enhancing practitioners’ ability to offer culturally responsive practices.

Doing Ethnography

Ethnography forms the foundational methods of anthropological fieldwork, including participant observation and ethnographic research (big words, we know). Through Doing Ethnography, participants gain skills in conducting human-centred research, with a focus on gathering deep insights beyond typical data collection methods. Diversity training is delivered by exploring diverse cultural contexts, helping strengthen understandings of inclusive workplace practices.
