Ethnography forms the foundational methods of anthropological fieldwork, including participant observation and ethnographic research (big words, we know). Through Doing Ethnography, participants gain skills in conducting human-centred research, with a focus on gathering deep insights beyond typical data collection methods. Diversity training is delivered by exploring diverse cultural contexts, helping strengthen understandings of inclusive workplace practices.
