Brave Conversation Workshop

Since the  #MeToo movement, masculinity has become synonymous with toxicity. Many men don’t really know who they are, or how to connect with others in healthy ways. To combat toxic masculinity in Australia, workplaces need to begin to engage in open dialogues that celebrate diversity and inclusion, and as a result, foster psychological safety in the workplace.

Our “Men After #MeToo” workshop offers advanced diversity and inclusion training that helps participants understand complex topics surrounding gender, masculinity, and identity. Using insights from anthropology, this workshop equips teams to navigate challenging discussions on gender discrimination in the workplace, toxic masculinity, and inclusive workplace practices, fostering a psychologically safe workplace where open dialogue is encouraged.
